Apartment Hunting!
I hate looking for apartments, but I have to. My roommates and I decided not to renew at our current place because of the drama and aftermath of the Great Flood of 2008. Now I'm looking for some place to live next year. Finding an affordable apartment closer to campus is close to impossible. I currently live a few miles south of campus. The rates are great at my apartments, but the commute to campus can get annoying at times and management is sketchy. I'm trying to find some place within walking distance of campus. The average price of apartments in the area is like $800-1100. That's like 2-3 times what I pay to live at my current place. I have to move, but don't know if this area is within my budget. Gosh, this is so frustrating and saddening. Hmm... what to do?

you should look throught One Austin Realty and ask for Rachel Ajula. She helped Erica and I tons! lol we just took care of everything today! woo!! theres different prices and areas...i mean were not paying cheap, but where we'll be its by the im fields [[bus!]] and we have washers and dryers, pets are allowed, all that good stuff...and theres cute little front yards :) lol
